Description
We are acting on behalf of a client, an education institution that requires several professionals in the field of architecture, QS or Engineering to produce examples of work for student use.
One of the requirements is to produce prepare a graph of expenditure for each of the years of maintenance within a 10 year programme then produce a rollout programme for the most expensive year of the 10 year programme, including the planned programme of works to be undertaken over a 40 week period.
They have already produced an example of a Condition report to work with.
We don't need to be 100% accurate with fees, a general cost analysis can be observed .
We just want to look at 10 or so maintenance related issues and incorporate them into the above requirements.
If this is something you would be interested in, please let us know at your earliest and we will forward the condition report for your review.

I am also slightly confused exactly what you require from each of the various disciplines that you are after? The expenditure I assume is effectively an example of a cashflow? Is the rollout programme you mention effectively a construction programme, or something different? If it's just an example do you have example data to use so all the documents you compile relate to the same project so the students can relate one to the other, or would you like it just made up?
ThanksSteven G.18 May 2018expenditure as in maintenance expenditure, costs of maintenance i.e. flat roof maintenance, labour and material costs time etc.
A construction program yes of sorts but from a maintenance point of view and costs can be mean cost in UK -
I understood that you want a graph to be prepared but what is rollout programme to produce? Can you explain further?
