Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 22nd January
UPDATE: A clarification, since some applicants missed this; each diary entry should be 500-600 characters, NOT words.
It also seems that we overbudgeted this job. The majority of proposed budgets we have received are between 100$-175$ We will be selecting a freelancer monday. We welcome modified budget proposals.
Kind regards,
Joern

Kind of writing: Fiction
Topic: Experiences and thoughts during a world war.
Tone: Informal/Casual
We need a writer for what should be a rather interesting task. The writing will be done for a game. In particular we need 23 diary entries of about 500-600 characters each (incl spaces). The diary entries is supposed to be those of our female protagonist. They will help the player understand the game storyline and develop the character.
The writer will have a reasonable degree of creative freedom (also to develep the female protagonist character). We will provide a script of the game storyline, and sketches of important concept art.
We are looking for some very catching and touching powerful writing. With the relatively short diary/journal entries, it is important that you can be brief but still communicate a lot.
We might have a weak bias toward female writers for this task. We wont exclude male writers, as long as you convince us, that your up to the task.
Remember we don't know you or your skills. Please select relevant attachments with care - quality over quantity. We don't have the ressources to go through mountains of material.
You are more than welcome to provide 1 or 2 short demo journal entries. Not for a particular scenario, just something demonstrating skills for this job.
The selected writer will be credited in the game. Expected budget: 100$-200$
