Description
Topic: Social media posts
Tone: Formal/Professional
Outline & Structure: Part-time paid copywriter
We’re looking for someone with more than just great writing skill – we’re looking someone who believes writing is an art. You’ll be part of a global team at one of the top ten companies listed on the FTSE 100, operating across 200 key markets. The opportunity for personal and profession development is huge, and the learning curve is likely to be steep: we’ll be relying on you to write inspiring copy for our various social channels, helping to gather the stories from our colleagues across the globe.
Naturally, we’ll look to you to create content sufficiently compelling that the right people want to learn more about us. We have so many great stories to tell and you’ll be the person to bring those stories to life, quickly understanding our business and easily adopting our tone of voice. Because after all, writing is more than being a wordsmith – it’s an art, right?
We’ve got a very impressive head office in London, but don’t mind if you want to mix it up and work remotely sometimes – as long as we see you every now and again. And we don’t need someone for the full working week – three days a week is just fine, and you can largely choose your hours. Ideally you’ll:
• be based in London
• have some copy writing experience
• be able to engage senior leaders, and engage our audience with their stories
• have an interest in social media, and understanding of its potential impact
• thrive working as part of a team, but enjoy working on your own too
• have a desire to learn all about the global social strategy of a truly global company
By way of application send us your CV and a compelling piece of writing, showcasing your artistry, which will mean we have no choice but to meet you.
Extensive research needed: no

Everyone's got a profile here Jules. Purely flagging the risk of handing over a CV to an unidentified party. It's clearly not a recruitment site and it's not beyond someone with lofty claims in their posting to understand talent dynamics and segmentation
-
As we can't identify you Jules from your brief, could you post your CV here?
-
I am from London, but I am currently no longer based there. Would that be an issue?
Jules C.04 Apr 2017Hi Jennifer, if you'd be prepared to come into London once or twice a month, not at all. I'm very happy to review your bio and get back to you if that's no barrier for you? Thanks, Jules

This is neither a recruitment site nor one where asking for samples of work is allowed under the sites terms and conditions. Most people would like to appreciated for their work and develop their own brands, and would like to be recognised in this fashion, rather than trade in CV's and be owned by large corporates. You seem slightly out of touch with these variables..
Jules C.04 Apr 2017Hi, thanks for your message. I've not used this site before, so hope others will be a bit more forgiving if I've not posted a job in the correct style. That said, I've had some fantastic talent express an interest in learning more about us, and happy to tell me more about them.
