I am a food compliance trainer, I would like to advertise one particular training programme.
Target audience: Indian restaurant owners
The programme is designed to train the owner or manager of a food business, therefore they can train their staff in the comfort of their establishment.
How we will deliver the service:
A) The first visit we will include a food safety audit and one to one tuition, followed by online, webinar, telephone etc.
We aim to complete the training within 12 months and we will make a final visit to assess both training and undertake another food safety audit.
B) Once they complete all the modules, the manager will have access to free online food safety training for 1 year.
in essence, this is a two-year programme.

I would like to guarantee my service
Background information:
A number of published journals and studies recommend in-house training is more effective. The small and micro food business operators do not have the resource or have the financial backup to employ third-party experts/ consultants. I am offering an affordable solution. Furthermore, there is also the issue of language, therefore, the owner can deliver the training in their own language.
The aim is to train one individual in a restaurant/takeaway to a level that they can train their staff and manage food safety effectively.
A recent study conducted by an Asian TV channel has highlighted many challenges the Indian restaurants are facing. http://www.cateringcircle.co.uk/images/CC_Magazine.pdf
There are lots of press coverage of Indian restaurant closing down due to the shortage of skilled staff.
Tough immigration policies make it impossible to employ staff from native counties like Bangladesh and India.
The Food Standards Agency in tightening rules and regulations ( Regulating our Future), this will particularly affect the Indian Restaurants/takeaway.
I would like to appear in the advert and possibly have few business owners who have signed up to the programme.
I hope I have given a bit of information. I haven't got the title of the programme yet, but, I will have it ready by today noon. I also hope you can make sense of my brief.
