Come work as a lead content editor/strategist for a UK Property Crowdfunding platform.
Our real estate investments are backed by property based in recession proof jurisdictions.
We’ve laid out a content calendar via trello for blog and guest post content.
We’re preferably looking for someone who is from the UK and well versed in personal finance, property and peer to peer lending within the UK.
Our company has issued a bond in the UK which is structured as an Innovative Finance ISA (IFISA), giving UK investors an 8% return on their investment over a 3 year term, in a tax-free wrapper within a UK Jurisdiction.

Content Goal:
To produce between 10 to 15 high quality, informative, engaging and Seo optimised articles per month for guest posts and onsite blog content.
Article requirements:
> Rewrite Engaging headline
> Create meta tag with target keyword
> 400-500 words
> Average of 2 designs taken from web or created with Canva.com (Free design app)
> Outbound links going to other informative authority websites (Wikipedia etc)
> Internal links interlinking website
> Bold and italic areas picked out of the content to bring the content alive
> Optimise article for 1 long tail keyword
> Link a lead magnet either in the content or in the sidebar
> Imbedded videos or GIFs or Infographics (optional) To embed and react on.
> Each article that we layout on our content calendar has a link to an article for inspiration and research.
Job Offer: 5 to 7 cents per word
With an average of 500 words needed per article. $25-35 per article!
With potential of several lead magnet content pieces to create such as “Your 2019 Guide to Property IFISA’s in the UK!”
Please apply with links to a portfolio of your work in the finance/real estate Niche. This should be a variety of links to some of your best work.
Flexible schedule. Primarily we are looking for freelance writers to work with us, however we are looking to hire a potential content strategist, who will also overlook our social media management also. Your role would be to take over my personal position within the company, and map out our content strategy, lead the way on the content calendar and make sure that all freelancers, from content on page to off page to social media management, works seamlessly across our business.
The salary on offer is for a full time position salary offered between £1600 to £2400 per month. Salary is completely negotiable and dependent on work load terms.
