Highlighting the importance of customer experience and the ways in which a system can pinpoint areas of weaknesses ultimately helps to prioritise development and need for improvement. In an system under such great strain, both due to the extended winter period of 2017/2018, Brexit and general sentiment towards the NHS, improving customer experience has never been more of a priority.
