Hi I have launched direct revolution an in-house recruitment firm basically I place experienced and sector specific e.g. recruiters that specialize in IT, Finance, sales, marketing but are employed in-house recruiters not traditional agency recruiters.

In-house recruiters are more processed driven, less target orientated.
I am able to post content onto a few groups on LinkedIn and also some industry magazines such the recruiter.
I can give you the names of the systems, technology outside of LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter that are being utilized by in-house / direct sourcing teams.
From a brief overview of the sector, since 2008 direct sourcing has become more popular as corporate firms and large SME’s are able to reduce spend, time, and manage their recruitment process, and improve the candidate journey through direct applications via their website.
I am ideally looking for a 500 – 750 word piece that is about in-house recruiters, their skills and experiences being a required necessity regardless of the amount of tools/ technology out there. And then to suggest that experience and in-house sector specific recruiters are becoming more sought after, will their value become higher?
