Description
Experience Level: Expert
Objective: Write clear and engaging customer service content personalised for petrol station forecourts.
Required content: We require clear, engaging and inspiring customer service blog content to help improve customer service standards at site.
We are looking for a series of 12 blogs between 300 – 500 words with clear headings and an easy to read format – no big blocks of text! The content can be generic customer service content (suggested blog titles below), but must be personalised towards the fuel industry – must refer to forecourts, customers, petrol stations etc.
The audience are customer service attendants who will be working in the store at the forecourt – they will need an interesting title and opening paragraph to grab their attention otherwise they will not read the content.
The content must end with a clear call to action – to ask service attendants to put what they’ve learned into practice today.
Tone of Voice: 1st person – use of “we” and “us”, referring to “your forecourt” and “your customers”. The tone of voice must be friendly, supportive and clear and easy to read – no flowery language as the people reading it will be unmotivated to do so. You are writing as the brand.
Suggested blog titles:
- 5 top tips to improve your customer service today
- The principles of great customer service
- 3 ways you can make a customer’s day today
- The ultimate guide to handling complaints well
- The importance of customer service in fuel retailing
- 4 major customer service mistakes and how to avoid them
- 4 examples of excellent customer service
- 3 reasons why you should start smiling at customers today
- What are customers looking for in a petrol station? (Convenience, great service, great retail selection)
- 3 customer service quick wins you start doing today
- What difference does great customer service make to a customer’s day?
- Why should you give great customer service?
