Information for the blog/website: At Creative Industry Hub, we’ve built carefully crafted events and services designed to help creative industry professionals improve their skills, careers, businesses and knowledge.
Topic: Music Industry Questions
Tone: Formal/Professional
Outline & Structure: Hey,
I run an event company and we have a conference for musicians coming up: http://creativeindustryhub.co.uk/breakthrough-in-music-october-17th-2016/
I need someone in the UK with an understanding of the music industry to do a quick bit of background research on 11 of the speakers that are talking at my event (which I'll provide), and write 8-10 questions per article/speaker so I can send it to them to answer, so that I can eventually turn it into a Q&A article, a bit like this > http://creativeindustryhub.co.uk/2016/07/an-interview-with-julie-weir-from-visible-noise-and-sony
The questions need to be non-generic and specific to each person's background/expertise area (our customers work in the music industry and are extremely clued up people), hence why an understanding of the music industry is imperative.
When applying, please explain your industry knowledge/background and send examples of your writing work over. Each speaker would need to be researched briefly for 10-15 minutes to gain a background understanding of their particular expertise before writing.
This shouldn't take any more than a few hours.
Thanks,
George
Extensive research needed: yes
Extra notes: Event is here > http://creativeindustryhub.co.uk/breakthrough-in-music-october-17th-2016/
