Description
Experience Level: Expert
Hello All!
I'm Janny.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and passionate writer in the Cryptocurrency space for a brand new pre-launch company. We would love to produce content that informs and inspires our readers.
Credium was created because over 90% of active traders lose money and the new wave of trading bots significantly underperform buy-and-hold. We feel that many of the products created in this space do nothing but take advantage of the consumer.
We are creating a platform that offers algorithmically managed portfolio's for cryptocurrencies that outperform on a risk-adjusted basis whilst giving full control and access to our members.
If you're passionate about working on financial products that have a positive social impact then you're the team member we're looking for.
As a style-guide we're aiming for content similar to what Neil Patel produces so:
1. Conversational style writing (reading level: college student)
2. Spaced out text (no large consecutive blocks of text)
3. Lots of images (image to word ratio of 1 to 250)
4. Long-form useful articles (average word count of 4000)
5. Lots of data (back up points you make with data)
6. Use of humour (a little dollop here and there would be fab)
We'd like 80% of our content to be entirely useful and informative pieces in the cryptocurrency space e.g.:
-> Crypto trading guide: how to buy your first crypto coin
and the other 20% to be self-promotional e.g.
-> A guide to automated trading platforms
Given the amount of scams and sponsored posts in this space, it's really important to us that we have a positive impact through both our product and our articles so we'd like to produce pieces that help guide investors with useful information.
Our aim is to publish 2 pieces of content per week however I know a lot of you will already have a roaster of clients so I'm happy for us to work around your availability. We'd like 60 articles in total.
We're very flexible on terms and are more focussed on finding the right parter who believes in the product we're creating with whom we can work long term.
You definitely don't need to know everything there is to know about Cryptocurrencies - the ability to whittle down complex topics into something simple and easy to digest is what's important to us.
We don't have any requirements around your degree or country you live in or past experience or anything like that, we're just looking for someone who can get both the topic and the style to the point where readers will find our content insightful and interesting.
Next Steps:
-> If this brief is interesting to you, feel free to message us links to 3 pieces of content you've written in the past along the lines of the style we wrote above. You definitely don't need to write a cover letter (I'd encourage you not to). Please put "fluffy pink unicorns" in the first line of your message so I know you pay attention to small details.
-> If we like this then we can work on your terms for however many 4000-word articles you can create per month up to a total of 60 articles.
