Extra notes: This invitation to Tender is open for a limited period only and no applications made after midnight, UK time on 29 January 2016 shall be considered.
Bidder must formally confirm, prior to engagement, that the articles to be provided shall be original works and not copied in part or in whole from any previously published works or in violation of any existing copyright protection.
Bidder must formally agree that on full payment for the works the articles become the exclusive property of the buyer and all copyright in the works shall be vested in the buyer.
The bidder will provide as part of his/her proposal a suggested list of blog titles and a short description of the proposed topic / content for each article.
The successful bidder will be required to submit the first blog article for review and acceptance before completing and submitting the remaining 7 articles. This is to safeguard both parties and ensure that the quality and content of writing is acceptable to buyer and allow the style and content to be adjusted if necessary prior to execution of the main body of work.
Successful completion of this scope may lead to follow on writing assignments on the same topic on a monthly or quarterly basis but this shall be at the sole discretion of the buyer and no commitment to assign follow on work is made or implied.
The buyer reserves the right to not accept any offer/proposal for the works or award any contract if at his sole discretion no offer meets his requirements in terms of cost and or content.
