Information for the blog/website: We are a forklift manufacturer selling not just the trucks but the solutions through a dealer network World Wide.
Topic: Forklift Safety Accidents Not Dropping
Tone: Instructional/Educational
Outline & Structure: I'd like a 1500 word, researched blog post relating to the fact that a forklift trucks is the most dangerous form of workplace transport - more so than even HGV's. https://fork-truck.org.uk/fork-lift-safety/safetember.
We'd like to talk around things that cause accidents, thing such as lack of concentration, fatigue etc. This post will need to touch on the benefits of the trucks we have up for an award with the FLTA February. By no means however, is this a sales post. I’d like the post to be informative highlighting the fact that there are still too many accidents with forklifts but mention benefits related to the trucks in relation to the category of ergonomics and safety - hinting at the fact that we as a manufacturer are doing what we can to help. E.g. mention that having a well lit environment, clean environment is important - increasing visibility is key. (visibility is a key safety benefit for our trucks)
The two trucks are the following:
One is an order picker, which is up for an ergonomics award. Economics is important, improving the economics of the truck means that you can increase the productivity of the operator, reducing things like fatigue to that the operation is safer. https://www.tcm.eu/en/products/order-pickers/eo-series
The other is a counterbalance truck that’s up for a safety award. http://blog.tcm.eu/news/flta-safety-award-finalist-fb-series Brochure in the post.
Please include samples of your works previously. I’m looking for someone I can work with on an ongoing basis. Have a look at the blog for the kind of content we’re looking for.
Extensive research needed: no
