Virtuall Assistance in Spain

For my project in spain we search a spanish virtuell assistance (native speaker) ?
You are a native spanish native speaker and can build a bridge in language by Mail and phone calls .
You prepare appointments, support with internet research and accompany our different project steps
You are well organized, thinking alone and positive motivated.
Please note:
I learned that its important to be in the european time zone (+- 3 h)
Its really difficult arrange appointings or telephone call when you are outside from this timeline.
