Virtual assistant with perfect English and French

I am a Dutch lady living in France. I'm seeking to outsource some of the practical tasks that are keeping me from what I love to do: my work in development cooperation in Africa. I'm looking for an affordable assistant from a country with a lower cost of living than Europe, to whom I can occasionally outsource translations of letters from English to French, and who can help me out with phone calls in French to utilities companies and the like. Must be a good listener, an investigator and a creative problem solver with excellent references. I'm interested in your background. More skills means more work.
