I need a short 132 text translation from English to Urdu with an accompanying voice over (mp3)

Step 1. wet your hands thoroughly under warm running water and put liquid soap on to the palm of one hand
Step 2. Rub your hands together to make a lather
Step 3. Rub one hand along the back of the other and in between the fingers and then repeat with the other hand
Step 4. Rub in between the fingers of each hand and the thumbs. Pay particular attention to your nails. You may need to use a nail brush.
Step 5. Rinse off the soap with clean water.
Step 6. Dry hands thoroughly on a disposable towel.
If done correctly this process should take 15 to 30 seconds
You should also use sanitizing hand gel when going in and out of different work areas to prevent the spread of infection.
