Translation to Arabic in InDesign

We need someone to translate several easy children picture books, from English. They are all in one Word file, which we have enclosed. The document has 5.200 words.
We have enclosed a the text from all the 20 books, but we would prefer someone that can write the translation directly into an Indesign file, as it would be difficult for us to move text correctly, splitting lines and words when necessary.
It is very important that the translation is 100% correct as it will be used in bilingual books, English-Arabic.
The translated document needs to be in a font that is available as a standard in Word. We will need the font file with the translation.
