Translation of event handbook from English to French

We are holding a major international event in Addis Ababa in early May 2017, and we are producing various communications materials for it. One of the key publications is the Congress Handbook, which we will need to be translated into French.

As an estimate, there will be around 25,000 words to be translated. We will need the work to be done in batches over the next 2-3 weeks.

The congress is an event about hydropower, and so the Handbook has some content of a technical nature. It will be a benefit if you have some technical knowledge of hydropower, or more broadly energy and sustainability.

Please include samples of your translation from English to French in your proposal.
