Translation of App Content

I created an app that needs content added in multiple languages and dialects. The app, called PhraseShare, is a language app where users can discover phrases in any language or dialect. The content is all user-generated, so I need help to add that content at this stage. I am looking for translators who can translate provided phrases from English into their native language as well as provide a voice recording of those translated phrases. I will pay $10 for the translation of 100 phrases. I am looking for native speakers of the following languages:

Spanish
French
Arabic
Hindi
