Translation of an excel document into Simplified Chinese and French

I have an excel document that needs to be translated into both Simplified Chinese and French. The deadline is on the 31st December at 8pm (Hong Kong time).

On the attached document, you will see that there're 3 columns. I will need 2 translators that can help me complete the following:

1. The yellow column, from English to Chinese Simplified;
2. The purple column, from English to French

At the end, I will combine both of the translations together into one single file.

My budget for this is $30 (per translator).

Please do send me a proposal and if you happen to be someone that can do both the translations into Chinese and French, that would be great.
