Translation of 6500 word technical proposal - English to French

Looking for a professional translator to convert a 6500 word, 30 page document for a corporate standard proposal document.

The document outlines a series of categories, some are low level technical but mostly generic commentary.

We are in need of this to be completed by end of next week (10th December). In order to pick the successful one, please respond to this with a direct translation of this text so that our inhouse resident French national (too busy to do the whole task!) can pick the most appropriate translator. I've attached the test translation for you to convert as part of your proposal.
