Translation of 14,000 word English language book chapter into Portuguese

I'm a journalist and writer based in London who is currently working on a book project exploring the political and economic situation here in the UK. One of my chapters tells the story of a cleaner working in a government office who has been leading strike action in an attempt to improve her low wages. She's a remarkable woman, originally from Guinea-Bissau although she also lived in Portugal for many years. I would very much like her to be able to read the chapter and comment on it herself, but as her English is not very good this means that the chapter needs to be translated into Portuguese.

The chapter contains different elements: some story-telling and description, some dialogue, some facts and figures about working conditions in the UK.
