Translation - English to Portuguese (Brazilian)

I need to find a freelance translator to support with translating some training materials to accompany a course that we will be running in Brazil. For this course, there are a variety of materials needed, e.g. emails, course workbook, slides, handouts etc. This job is initially for about 11,000 words of translation (across multiple documents) and about 35 slides.
In addition we have a short video (about 5 minutes) that will need subtitles writing.

I need someone that will not only do the translation, but will work to ensure the formatting stays good - so skills in Word and Powerpoint are useful. We can refine it, but would like the translator to make it as good as possible to start with.

The training course is about Presentation Skills - so the language is not too technical. If this job goes well, then we may have additional needs in the future too.

Timelines are quite tight - we'd need to have everything completed by the end of November. If you are interested, I need to know your estimate of how many hours you think this project would take you.
