I have an article writted in 1973 by a French historian that is between 4000 and 5000 words (see attached). It is now in the public domain. I would like the text translated into English. (There is a picture of a handwritten document in the translation which I don't need translated.) I don't want to publish or send out the translation. I want to know what the article says.
