Deposit: GBP £894
Payment Terms and Conditions:
1. The fee will be made in four payments of USD $1,000 converted to and paid in GBP (£521.30 at today’s rate) and a final payment of $1500/£894 (the deposit). All payments will be made by wire transfer via PPH from the account of Lynette E Adams (L&D Enterprise UK).
2. If the work required at each milestone has been satisfactorily completed by the milestone deadline, the translator may invoice the client £521.30 on or after the milestone deadline date. Payment will be made by wire transfer to the PHH account within 5 working days, and may be released to the translator immediately upon receipt.
3. The PPH deposit will be £894. This will be used for the fifth and final payment and may be released upon client’s receipt of the final invoice on or after 24 December, 2014, provided that all work has been satisfactorily completed.
4. If the translator should fail to meet any of the milestone deadlines without the express written permission of the client, or if the quality of the translation is unacceptable and is not corrected, the client has the right to cancel the project at that point, and the translator will only receive a fee pro-rated for the work which has been satisfactorily completed up to that point.

To help facilitate this, weekly meetings by Skype will be held. The client will also be readily available to answer any questions the translator may have. Per PPH policy, the translator will respond to all written contacts within 24 hours.
Credit: If the full translation is satisfactorily completed, the translator will be given full credit on the published book for her work.
