Translate 4 Polish death records: Russian/English (Polish names)

These Polish children were my relatives, from 2 different fathers, both fathers with the surname Jakubiak. The deaths occurred in Januszówka in the Parish of Kijany, near Lublin in Poland, and are recorded in the Kijany Church Record Books in RUSSIAN.

Please could you translate the death notices into ENGLISH for them all? I am most interested in the names of fathers and mothers, the ages of the children at death and I need to know the dates of death – with an explanation of which dates are Russian and which Polish – if 2 are recorded. Please try and translate the Russian names into correct Polish names as far as possible. I've uploaded 3 of the 4 notices (only 3 allowed at this stage) to show quality and difficulty of scans).
