Translate 36 phrases from English to Krobo and record as audio files

We have a series of phrases (short messages) that need to be translated from English to Krobo, and then recorded as audio files. The topic pertains to health matters, and includes some common health terminology.

TRANSLATIONS
We will provide you with an Excel spreadsheet of the phrases to be translated. You will write the translation in the spreadsheet and return that spreadsheet along with the recorded audio files. Because we will also need the translations to produce SMS messages that contain no more than 160 characters, it may be necessary for you to paraphrase the translation for SMS purposes (the audio recording version may use the "long" translation).

AUDIO RECORDINGS
You will record the translated phrases as standard audio files (.mp3 or .wav) using audio recording software (e.g. Audacity) on your computer. We will provide specific instructions for naming the files. You will then use your internet connection to send the files to us.

We will need audio recordings for the English messages as well as the Krobo messages. Total number of audio files needed is 72.

TIMELINE
The messages have been finalized and are ready for translation. Our estimation is that this quantity of translations and audio file recordings would require up to 5 calendar days to complete. Allowing some time for review & revision, we would hope to complete the entire project within 7 calendar days. If you feel that you are unable to meet this timeline please let us know your availability and your alternate completion date.

PAYMENT
You will be paid 8 Ghana cedis for each phrase translated into Krobo and produced as a quality audio file. You will be paid 4 Ghana cedis for each English phrase produced as a quality audio file.

Revisions that are requested due to script changes would be reimbursed as an additional file. Kindly be advised that audio files that require revision due to sub-standard audio quality levels would not be reimbursed.
