Transcription (subtitles) from French to English - Documentary

Currently looking for someone to do some subtitling for a Documentary feature I'm currently working on. Work from French to English, using a free subtitle programme https://www.nikse.dk/SubtitleEdit/. Essentially it would involve running some of the documentary footage through the programme and subtitling the footage - the programme should be straight forward but happy to run through this with you. I need approximately 18 hours of footage subtitled which works out to be more like 14 with all the gaps.
