Technical analysis report translation

We offer a part time permanent job and the budget (between 500$ and 1000 $) is intended to be on a monthly base: we need to translate a technical analysis report from english to russian, every day from Monday to Friday.

The report is available to be translated from 10am to 12 (local time: UTC/GMT+1 hour) and it takes on average one hour to be translated. So the availability of time should be from 10am to 13pm (local time: UTC/GMT+1 hour).
A basic technical analysis knowledge is needed, however the technical terms are not at all difficult to learn.
The English version of the report comes in Microsoft Word format.
