Standby support to translate support emails

Hello,

As a temporary replacement of one of our employees who speaks Polish, we are looking for one or two persons who can quickly translate any incoming and outgoing support emails to Polish. We will cover most of the actual answering of the questions, but in order to do that, we will need to understand the Polish text well (sometimes Google Translate will suffice for this), but it is especially important we will answer the tickets in correct Polish.

So in general, we are looking for someone who can reply quickly and translate (short) emails from English to Polish within 24 hours. In total, the project will take around 1 to 2 months. Open to discuss the type of payment: For example based on word count, fixed price per email or hourly.

Our company offers a digital platform to shopping malls, where the stakeholders of these malls (e.g. management, security, shops and staff) can communicate with each other and use our features, for example to report problems or to request access to the shopping mall. Most of the incoming mails will be about these online features, so it will be useful to have some knowledge about online systems.
