I have a 57 minute video conference where the participants mainly speak in Spanish, but I need to produce a transcript in English. There are approx five people on the conference, but two people appear to do most of the talking after the intros.

I would like to pay per audio minute, as this is how I am charging my client. Please quote the total fixed price based on 57 audio minutes.
