Small letters translate from English to Chinese

"This project involves translating a set of around 50-100 small letters from English to Chinese (simplified characters). The letters are typical business correspondence containing informal greetings, updates on projects or requests. Translation should be of high quality, accurately conveying the intended meaning in natural Chinese. The style should be respectful yet casual as is appropriate for business letters between acquaintances. Translations must be delivered in Microsoft Word format with the original English text next to the Chinese translation for easy review. Attention to detail is important as the client may need to share the translated letters with contacts in China. The translator selected for this project should be a native Chinese speaker with excellent command of business English. A translation sample will be required to demonstrate language proficiency. While the volume of text for this initial project is fairly small, the client hopes to establish an ongoing working relationship for translating occasional correspondence if the quality of work meets their high standards. Accuracy, meeting deadlines and creating natural sounding Chinese text are top priorities.
