Proofreading of emails to ensure translation accuracy (Spanish)

As a UK distributor of premium vitamins and supplements, we’re expanding and rolling out our email communications across our new EU sites.

As such, we’re looking for an individual to proofread a number of short text documents (approx. 30 pages in total), intended to be added to an email flow/automation for our Spanish customers, to ensure the accuracy of the translations from English to Spanish.

This includes editing grammatical errors, ensuring consistency across emails and picking up on cultural differences (sentences that may not land quite right for a Spanish audience).

The emails are stored within a single folder and are in the order in which they will be sent to customers. We’ll provide the English counterparts to assist with the task.

We hope to have this task completed by Friday, 26th July.
