PPC campaign on Adwords and Facebook targeting job seekers to the UK from the EU

We have just launched a website to attract job seekers based in the EU aged 18-28 to work in the UK in the hotel and restaurant business, specifically with employers who can offer live-in accommodation.

The website is www.liveinwork.com

The website is written in English language, on the basis that we are only recruiting people who have a good command of English language.

We want a targeted PPC campaign on Google Adwords and Facebook to push the website forward, as we have a limited budget of £300/month total.

Goal - the goal is for a job seeker to complete an application form and send us their CV - ie on http://liveinwork.com/apply-now/

Google Analytics - we would like our Google Analytics page set up for the website as we have not done that yet. We will need to get the code added on each page so we can track the PPC campaign performance.

Campaigns - I would want to make the campaign as specific as possible to control costs, I see us targetging the following key words initially: [hotel or restaurant or chef] + [job or work] + [UK or Britain]. Once it has run for a couple of weeks, we change it to optimise its performance.

Geographical - I assume it is possible to run the same campaigns / key words across different countries from one Google Adwords account, I am interested in targeting job seekers in these countries - Romania, Poland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Estonia, Czech, Italy, Greece and Spain. There may be a different way to target these countries via Facebook.

Can you quote for setting this up for us, and the initial monitoring period as well.

I am open to suggestions regarding the approach to the project, eg starting with Adwords (before Facebook) or vice versa, or shortening the target country list initially. Or we may need to use foreign key words local to the country we are targeting to get best results.
