Need some calls made to Moscow to arrange small courier shipment

Hi, I have three small personal effects in an office in Moscow and am looking to hire someone to arrange a courier to pick them up and mail them to me in the US. I was told this can be done by many couriers as long as you have a CDEK tracking number (I was planning to use CDEK or EMS).
I already hired someone to do this who stopped responding half way through, so I Just need someone reliable that will finish the job. It's an easy job, some phone calls, online work, maybe a few hours.
