Make .srt subtitles files for audios from .txt transcription fil

I'm currently updating a e-learning platform with audio contents. For each audio contents, there is a transcription. The goal is to put the time stamps in the transcription in a .srt format so I insert subtitles in the platform.

Different platforms already offer 1$/minute so I'm looking for a quote lower than that. There are around 90 contents to do and more to come. Please, message me with the following :

- the word "MFI" so I can already distinguish the serious freelancers reading all the description from the other
- your offer/quote in $/hour
- your available workload per week

I'll hire several freelancers to compare the results and choose two of them to go further.
