Japanese writing translation from English to Japanese & Japanese to English

I require someone who can fluently translate and write between English/Japanese and Japanese/English.

My company sells within the Japanese market, however, we are lacking on a native Japanese speaker who can communicate through email. Currently, I require some immediate translation of around 200 words from English to Japanese. After this, I would require an ongoing service whereby I could get language translation ad-hoc, but this can be discussed after the first initial translation requirement.
