Looking for a specific criteria which requires having good background knowledge of Islamic studies also having good awareness of writing it correctly in the English language, here is a example of the text please free to translate so I can see if you fit my criteria.

المبحثُ الثَّانِي:

في النَّقدِ في عهدِ الصَّحايةِ
نَشْأَته وَبِداياته

تَوطـئةٌ
إذ كان الخبر ذو فائدة عظيمة يحصل به علمٌ، أو غلبةُ ظنٍّ؛ فحقُّه أَنْ يتعرّى عن الكذب، ويُطلق عليه حينئذٍ النبأ.

فمتى جاء به شخص غير رضيّ، مخلّ بأحكام الشرع أو بعضها؛ أوجب القرآنُ التوقفَ في خبره، والنظر في صحته.
