I need short summaries in English of twelve c. 1912 Mandarin Chinese documents

I am writing the biography of Will Purdom, a botanist who worked as Forestry adviser to the Chinese government between 1916 and 1921, when he died in Peking (as it then was). If I go to the excellent Nanjing archive website http://www.shac.net.cn/shac en and search "Purdom" it comes up with twelve documents, all in Chinese, which unfortunately I can't read.
I would like to start by having the descriptions of all these documents (effectively the label that the archivist has put on each one, which comes up when you search for "Purdom") translated, and in each case a very brief summary of what the document is about (as a hypothetical example "this is a request for funds to buy a plot of land in X province to be used as a forest nursery") so that I can identify the documents which it would be worth getting translated in full, as opposed to the ones which are of marginal relevance to my field of interest.
I have in mind to ask someone to spend up to half a day (four or five hours maximum) looking at the material, which I would hope is long enough to complete the above tasks and write a short report which would allow me to decide which documents it's worth commissioning complete translations of. At this time, I don't know how many of the latter there will be, but I hope and expect that there will be several such documents, so that this project is likely to lead to more work in the near future.
Some experience in working with archives would be very helpful to undertaking this task.
