I need a translator on site in Neustrelitz

I hope this letter finds you well. We work for a TV News station here in the US and are shooting a documentary in Neustrelitz. We will be in town on October 16th and 17th and looking for someone to help us as we travel the town. We would need translations done with German officials and townsfolk as we explore the town.
We are traveling with two guys as they re-trace history and find where his ancestors lived and are buried in Neustreltiz.
