I need a document translated from Indonesian to English

I have a document which I would like translated so that it is easy to read by someone for whom English is their first language. I would ideally like the charts recreated and put in the same place as the original document, however, this is not essential.

Please let me know how much you would charge for the project and how long it will take you. Please also send me samples of English work you have written.

I have attached the document so you can review it in full before sending me your proposal.
