When it comes to wireframes, do you envision a more content-first approach where information hierarchy drives the layout, or a task-focused flow where the user’s primary actions dictate the design? This will help me align the initial wireframes exactly with your vision.

Before I begin designing, I’d like to clarify a few important points to ensure the work aligns perfectly with your goals and expectations:
Could you confirm whether this is an existing website/app that requires optimization, or a new product that is still being developed? Understanding this will help define the depth of research and restructuring required.
What is the primary objective of the platform — for example, increasing conversions, improving engagement, simplifying workflows, or enhancing overall user satisfaction?
Do you currently have access to user data such as analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, or customer feedback? These insights can significantly strengthen the research and decision-making process.
Who is your core target audience, and are there any known usability challenges or complaints from users so far?
Regarding scope, are you looking for UX strategy only (research, wireframes, prototypes), or full UI visual design as well? Should the final deliverables include developer-ready files or a documented design system?
Is the product web-based, mobile, or both? If mobile, is it native (iOS/Android) or cross-platform?
Are there existing brand guidelines that must be followed, and are you open to restructuring navigation or information architecture if research indicates improvements are needed?
What timeline are you working toward, and who will be the primary decision-maker during the feedback and revision process?
Finally, how will success be measured for this project? For example, improved conversion rates, reduced bounce rate, increased task completion, or stronger engagement metrics.
Clarifying these points will ensure the design process is strategic, efficient, and aligned with measurable outcomes.
