English to Polish translation

I need to send some emails to a Polish estate agent about a flat for sale. I need to know what they have available. I did have one flat reserved on this development but missed my plane to go and sign. Now, the office are reluctant to send me anything as they think I am a time waster. I would like for the emails to be sent from the translators email account as I have not been getting any replies. Thank you
