English to Malayalam translation & transliteration

I do not know a single word of Malayalam, the language of the people from the Indian state of Kerala. I need to make a very brief speech, probably consisting of 50-100 words at a wedding reception. I will prepare the speech in English and need a native Malayali speaker provide a transliteration [Malayali written in English script] with word-to-word translation from English to Malayalam.
Finally, and most important, I need an audio file in mp3 format of the speech read out in Malayali, with proper pronunciation and emphasis. The work must be completed within a week.
