English to Japanese Subtitle Translation

I have the opportunity to publish a ten-minute short film onto Amazon Prime.
In order to publish in Japan one of the requirement is Japanese subtitles.
I already have a subtitle file in English which is almost the same as a basic notepad document, but each line of spoken dialogue is separated. This format should make it super easy for translation purposes.
