English to French Translation of Manuscript with around 430 words

Hello,
I want to publish my book in the French language and I need a native speaker to translate a Document with around 430 words from English to French. The Document contains the Description of the book, the table of contents and the titel + description.
The Translation needs to be without mistakes, because it will be used in the context of treating patients. The translation needs to sound smooth and natural to the reader. It is no difficult text. Also the french title needs to sound good...

Around one hour is needed for this job. Someone with experience with medical texts is preferred.
