English In to French Technical Translation

We have a document in English that we need translated into French. The word count is approx. 20000 words. It needs to be delivered by 12PM UK Time on Tuesday 23/07/2019. The language of the document is TECHNICAL, it has tables (columns and rows), check boxes graphs, other illustrations - which would need to be included in the translated document. Please note that The translation of explanatory text on the graphs needs to be included on the graphics before being inserted in the translated document. Please ask for clarifications.

The documents may only be shared with the successful bidder. Please send us your proposal only if yuo think you have the right experience.

Everything on the document needs to be translated and the translation needs to be accurate and professional. The sentences need to make sense. We would insist that nothing is added to the translated document from your own-self. To avoid any mistakes, we would like that the translation to be proofread before it is delivered to us.

Please ensure that the layout and the design of the translated document resemble the source document. All seals/stamps and/or signatures (if any on the document) need to be translated. We would like the copies to be sent back to us in a word and a PDF format. Please send us your proposal and let us know when you can deliver it by and what level of experience you have.
