Edit web site content and optimise - data supplied on spread sheet

I have a spread sheet containing the data for our site (approx 20 pages). Spreadsheet contains H1, H2, H3, Meta, IMG and Text. I need someone to assess the tags / text for SEO and rewrite where necessary. Work is urgent and must be done today. Candidate must be a native English speaker or fluent to such a degree and have strong on site SEO skills and experience. Further SEO tasks and an ongoing contract will follow.
