Compilation of English-Mandarin/Mandarin-English Dictionary

We are looking for compilation of English-Mandarin/Mandarin-English Dictionary, consisting of about 13500 words each way. We will provide you with the excel file containg English words, and you will have to compile one word Chinese meaning, alongwith its transliteration. After the English-Mandarin is completed, we will sort the Transliterated part of the Chinese column, and create a Mandarin-English dictionary
