Call Italian Comune in Italian

I would like you to call a comune for me and inquire about some letters I sent them. I have been trying to contact them since October of last year but have not received a response. I would like you to very kindly ask if and when I should expect a response, or if they need more information from me before they can furnish a response. Or, if the documents I requested don’t exist, which I doubt, then tell me there was no result so I can look elsewhere.

The 2 letters and 4 emails I sent were from myself, Nicholas Ferrara, and requested the birth certificates of my ancestors, Luigi Salzano and Michelena Russo. I am pretty sure they were born there.

If they cannot provide the copies remotely please ask them how I can set up an appointment to view them in person. I am happy to pay a fee if one is required.
