Description
Experience Level: Entry
Hello. This is not technically a translation job, but rather an audiorecording job in Arabic and English. Instructions are attached.
I possess written translations of sentences in Modern Standard Arabic and English. I'm looking for a native Arabic speaker to audiorecord each sentence three times in Arabic (twice at normal speed in a conversational manner, once at slow speed with all iʿrāb case endings articulated) and then once in English.
The sentences are from a textbook for studying Arabic language. I am trying to create an audio library I can use for studying.
There is no actual translation involved. You simply have to read sentences in Arabic and English, and then save each one as an mp3 file. The most important thing is to pronounce Modern Standard Arabic very clearly, with perfect iʿrāb case endings. You must also know how to audiorecord .mp3 files.
My guess it that recording and naming each audio file will take about one minute. This job consists of recording 60 sentences. So I estimate that it will take around one hour.
If this goes well, I would eventually like to record a total of 1500 sentences (estimate: 25 hours). But this job is just the first 60 sentences.
Thanks,
Ryan
